TANGO AND FOLKLORE SHOW ▼
30 artists on stage go through the History of Tango. Live orchestra conducted by Nicolas Ledesma with musicians from the famous Leopoldo Federico and Juan de Dios Filiberto Orchestras. With the stellar presence of Nestor Fabian and Maria Pisoni on voice. Mateo Crespi plays popular songs with his guitar. Folklore special show where the culture and dances of northern Argentina will live.

Entress:
Variety of hot and cold entrees.

Hot dishes:
- Breaded hake.
- Baked vegetable rolls stuffed with catch of the day.
- Chicken in seven spices.
- Eggplant parmesan with a side of your choice.
- Smoked pork Boston butt  (“bondiola”) in a barbeque sauce.
- Pork Rosemeat (“matambre”) in a lemon sauce.
- Spinach and ricotta raviolonis in a basil and cream sauce.
- Penne rigatti in a garlic, basil, and olive oil sauce.
- Beef stew.
- Meat roll with garlic, parsley, and parmesan or sauteed with vegetables.
- Rustic potatoes in spices.
- Yellow rice and vegetables.

Cold dishes:
- Mediterranean Salad: Organic greens mix, gorgonzola, walnuts, orange slices, and onions.
- Greek Salad: Cucumber, feta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and red onions tossed in a Greek dressing.
- Caesar Salad: Romaine lettuce, crispy bacon, chicken, croutons, and parmesan cheese tossed in a Caesar dressing.
- Rice salad: White rice, broccoli, ham, and dried fruit and nuts.
- Garbanzos beans salad: Chickpeas, peppers, onions, black olives, and basil leaves.
- Caprese salad: Buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, and organic tomatoes. (served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar).
- Cherry Tomato Salad: Cherry tomatoes, arugula, and pickled onions.
- Spring roll: Eggs, beets, shredded carrots, and cream cheese rolled and fried in a sweet dough.
- Coleslaw: With white cabbage, carrots, and apple.
- Lima Bean salad: Beans, olives, garlic and parsley.
- Mixed Green Salad: Radicchio, endives, lettuce, spinach, and arugula.
- Beet salad: With boiled potatoes and eggs.

- Only show: Between 09:00 pm and 09:15 pm.

Drop off: Only Palermo and Downtown Buenos Aires zones after show.
