TANGO AND FOLKLORE SHOW ▼
30 artists on stage go through the History of Tango. Live orchestra conducted by Nicolas Ledesma with musicians from the famous Leopoldo Federico and Juan de Dios Filiberto Orchestras. With the stellar presence of Nestor Fabian and Maria Pisoni on voice. Mateo Crespi plays popular songs with his guitar. Folklore special show where the culture and dances of northern Argentina will live.

- Filet mignon beef carpaccio: marinated in olive oil and balsamic, parmesano cheese, black pepper and special chef´s dressing.
- Salmon trout carpacho: capers, balsamic vinegar lemon and orange dressing
- Pure pork chorizo sandwich “choripan” in sourdough bread with lettuce, tomato and chimichurri sauce
- Meat empanada with yasgua sauce on the side (a typical sauce from northern argentina)
- Vitel toné pecetto, homemade mayonnaise sauce & mediterra capers
- Seasonal salad quinoa, mix of green leaves, pumpkin, cherry, broccoli, corn, beets, olive oil, lime and lemon dressing
